Piper Benjamin, M.Ed.

-  Teaching Pilates since 2006, working with a variety of ages and physical/athletic abilities.
 
-  Certified through both the PhysicalMind Institute (NYC) and Balanced Body University (CA).
 
-  Specializes in Pilates Reformer and Mat instruction; also holds certification in the Trapeze Table (Cadillac).
 
-  Piper enjoys teaching fun and upbeat classes that focus on a full-body workout.  She comes from a dance background and practiced Pilates for years before becoming a certified instructor.  She tries to focus client sessions on form and alignment, breath control, target muscle groups, and muscle awareness/kinesthetics.  She hopes to challenge each individual student during their class time, whether they are a beginner at Pilates or a seasoned practitioner.

Stephanie Stinson 

-BA from the University of Utah, trained and certified with celebrity trainer, Sebastien Lagree in the SPX Fitness Pilates Method in West Hollywood, California
-Over 20 years of Ballet training
-Over 15 years of competitive sports training (soccer, track and field, dance team)
 
Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Stephanie grew up being very active and involved with sports ranging from skiing and snowboarding to competitive soccer, dance, track, and horseback riding. After graduating from the University of Utah with a degree in Broadcasting she moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dream of acting. While auditioning and getting parts in various TV shows, films, and commercials she worked for the E! Channel’s entertainment news show, The Daily 10, and began teaching Pilates. She certified and trained with Sebastien Lagree, founder and creator of Los Angles based SPX Fitness. This type of workout has the same foundation and benefits of classical Pilates with added intensity and cardio. This makes for a great total body workout leaving you sore and craving more.
