    My approach and philosophy toward exercise and personal training is that of knowledge, education, mind and physical wellness.  I place great importance in your learning and understanding what will happen with your body during a goal reaching process.  Weight loss, management, and lifestyle changes are all things that need to be addressed and learned.  Without the tools you need in educating yourself to make those adjustments, those goals are harder to reach.  I can teach you not only proper exercise technique and training, but also about nutrition, healthy choices and cooking classes.  Being prepared to live a healthy life takes effort on your part, but with a bit of well planned habits, you can avoid the many unhealthy traps that are everywhere in our society and are conducive to weight gain and poor health. 

Laimis Urbonas 

 - I have been a personal trainer since my early 20`s in my home country of Lithuania, as well as being trained and a Personal Trainer in Russia. 
I have an abundance of in-depth experience with virtually every form of exercise and use that knowledge to change things up and keep your workout exciting.  Most of my clients say my greatest asset is my ability to motivate and inspire people.
I believe every individual is capable of attaining their optimum physical condition, if they are made aware of their potential and how to achieve it.  As a personal trainer, I’ve worked with clients ages 14 through 89 to help them accomplish things they never thought possible. We don’t all have the genes to be a super-model, athlete, or bodybuilder, but everyone can improve on what they have.
My mission as a personal trainer is to educate my clients about exercise, diet, and teach them how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.  My goal is to empower my clients to make the most of their abilities — through knowledge, direction, and encouragement.
As your personal trainer, I will provide the necessary tools to accomplish the end result, through progressively challenging and invigorating workouts.  I believe in  constantly changing and evolving exercise routines to ensure continual progress and alleviate boredom.
I am a Certified Fitness Trainer through The International Sports Science Association. This certification is the most prestigious in the industry and qualifies me to work with virtually any individual wishing to improve their overall health and fitness.

Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Stephanie grew up being very active and involved with sports ranging from skiing and snowboarding to competitive soccer, dance, track, and horseback riding. After graduating from the University of Utah with a degree in Broadcasting she moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dream of acting. While auditioning and getting parts in various TV shows, films, and commercials she worked for the E! Channel’s entertainment news show, The Daily 10, and began teaching Pilates. She certified and trained with Sebastien Lagree, founder and creator of Los Angles based SPX Fitness. This type of workout has the same foundation and benefits of classical Pilates with added intensity and cardio. This makes for a great total body workout leaving you sore and craving more.
