My approach and philosophy toward exercise and personal training is that of knowledge, education, mind and physical wellness. I place great importance in your learning and understanding what will happen with your body during a goal reaching process. Weight loss, management, and lifestyle changes are all things that need to be addressed and learned. Without the tools you need in educating yourself to make those adjustments, those goals are harder to reach. I can teach you not only proper exercise technique and training, but also about nutrition, healthy choices and cooking classes. Being prepared to live a healthy life takes effort on your part, but with a bit of well planned habits, you can avoid the many unhealthy traps that are everywhere in our society and are conducive to weight gain and poor health.
