The Fitness for Golf program will focus on correct golf swing technique coupled with specifically designed fitness training.  The fundamentals of swing, grip, rotation and set up will be addressed on levels appropriate for the participant.  Golf, like any other sport requires both mental and physical well being.  The curriculum for this program will include both the on and off course part of the game of golf.  Thorough applications of stretching, strength training and mental preparedness will create a well rounded player entering the upcoming golf season.  I look forward to working with you on your golf game.

“In looking around for a place to increase my off season health and well being, I had the good fortune of meeting Kathleen King.  She mentioned she owned and had a studio in Foothill Village and that I should come and take a look at what she had to offer.  After being there about 10 minutes, I realized this was something that I was personally looking for.  It was small, private and not overwhelmed with machinery and people.  I could see I would be getting great instruction on a very personal and caring level.  After a couple of weeks, Kathleen and I started exploring the possibility of me teaching a golf fitness course; because our teaching philosophies are similar in approach, I have felt comfortable designing a program that works in tandem with her facility.  The attentive personal instruction that can be individually designed is something that I value for all of my private students and I can continue that approach here at the King studio.  I am extremely honored to be part of this family.”
